Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She was best known for playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) in addition to Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She also had the role of the title character in the movie Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, was raised on Lake Mary Florida. There is also an older sister, Ally. Aubrey was a part of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her teen years. Aubrey is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was awarded valedictory honors for this class in 2012 when she completed her studies. Harvard University was willing to admit her. However, she turned down the opportunity twice. The second time it was due to her desire to play in Nashville. Peeples appeared as a guest star on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally Austin and Ally Grey's Anatomy (2005), and was a regular character for the show Necessary roughness (1991). Peeples was a regular on television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. She was one of the main characters for the Nashville series in which she appeared as Layla Grant. In the year 2019 Peeples talked about having bipolar disorder during an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire ranked Peeples in the top spot on its list of best actors who are younger than September of 2014.
